Quantity Surveyor (Civil or Architect or MEP)
degree in respective field ( Engineering / Architect )
Preparing specifications, bill of quantities and evaluation
Perform contract administration conduct work progress claims.
Age not more than 35 years. At least 3 years exp working in real estate.
Microsoft Office literate, Autocad (Project). Excellent in English written and verbal

Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
degree in respective field ( Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering )
Good knowledge on building technical specifications, material and requirements.
Able to coordinate well withother consultants and contractors.
High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical, communication
and interpersonal skills.
Age not more than 35 years. At least 3 years exp working in real estate
Microsoft Office literate, Autocad (Project). Excellent in English written & verbal

Project Executives
degree in respective field ( Engineering ) Age not more than 35 years
Good knowledge on building technical specifications, material and requirements.
Able to coordinate well withother consultants and contractors.
