Job Summary
Ensures the highest standards od operational excellence and enviromental safety
by effectively managing the day today operations of the plant.
Education and Experience
degree from reputable university, preferably with Engineering background.
The candidate should have min 3 years of progressive management experience
in Plant Management, past experiences in plantation or mining is preferred.
The candidate should also be willing to be posted outside Jakarta
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the plant. Thos encompasses the
operation management of heavy equipment in the plant area also the various
technologies to be deployed in the plant. Minimizes operational costs while
maximizing productivity and maintaining safety and legal and environmental
complience. Acts as a liaison for community relationships.
Meets all financial review dates and corporate directed programs in a timely
fashion. Oversees personel needs of the department. Assists in the budget
process as required.
