Position : Technical Manager
Job Description :
Responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the technical
department staff, providing guidance, support and training to sales, production
and technical staff and assuming responsibility for quality assurance, quality
control programs and procedures for the aggregates and concrete division.
Study and Experience :
Hold a degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and have a minimum of
5 years experience working in concrete industry with at least 2 years in a
managerial position. He or she will have strong communication and
negotiation skills and experience of dealing with customers.
Position : Plant Supervisors
Job Description :
Responsible for coordinating and managing the day to day activities of a plant.
Study and Experience :
Hold a university degree in Engineering S1 preferably in Civil engineering
or Industrial Engineering. Have 2 years in a similar position in the concrete
construction industry.
