Straits Asia Resources Limited (SARL) is listed on the Singapore Stock
Exchange, has both coal mining business and construction business more than
10 years. In coal mining business, SARL has 2 coal producing projects in
Indonesia (Sebuku project, South Kalimantan and Jembayan project, East Borneo).
In construction business, SARL has 3 projects in Indonesia
(marine engineering, civil engineering, and transshipment).
Due to our continued expansion we are required the services of a suitably
qualified and experienced candidate for below our jobs in engineering.
Lowongan Teknik : Assistant Engineer
Study :
You must possess fom min Bachelor degree S1 majoring Civil Engineer ( Sipil )
or with technical background. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Knowledge and Skills :
Able to using computer. With surveying background.
Good in filing or recording works. Able to write simple correspondence in English.
Good in Math. Know how to use AutoCadd
Additional Qriteria :
To be stationed in Bontang base. Ability to drive motor vehicles.
Willing to travel at project site and work long hours
Job Descriptions :
Responsible to prepare summary of daily report for each PTIS projects and
coordinate to all site admins for the daily report.
To prepare inventories of all materials on board vessel prior mobilization and
check the inventory of all vessels in the project in 3 monthly periods.
To prepare records for vessel movements and repairs, project plan and Quarterly
progress report
To supervise some vessel preparation works for projects
Preferred character:

Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision
