Lowongan : Project Building Manager/Dept. Head (PBM)
Study :
Possess min Bachelor degree S1 or Master degree S2 majoring in
Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Architecture.
Specification Skills :
Excellent and familiar with computer application in Office and CAD.
Having exp in property agency or consultant min 3 years.
Have min 3 years previous exp in construction project management and
building maintenance.
General Qriteria for All :
This position for male or female with age not more than 35 y.o.
Have experience in the same position at least 3 years.
Fluent in English both of written and spoken for daily communications
with overseas parties and fluency in Mandarin is a plus point.
Able to take responsibilities seriously, work under pressure, hardworking
and result oriented.
Strong leadership skills as well as being in active team member.
