Business Service Supervisor (BS)
Job Description :
Ensure that all tendering process is conducted in a timely manner and in
compliance with Husky’s Contract and Procurement policies and procedures
and BPMIGAS 007-Revisi-1/PTK/IX/2009.
Prepare, update and distribute on a regular basis all procurement reports
using effective supply chain data management procedures.
Logistic/Procurement/Contract Administration Support (LA)
Job Description :
Ensure that all documentation is correctly prepared, retained and organized
for all purchases of equipment, material and services.
Responsible for maintaining updated database for Logistic and Procurement
filling system.
General Qriteria for All :
University degree an asset. Good command in oral and written English.
Must be enthusiastic, energetic and self starter.
Have good understanding of Indonesia oil and gas laws and regulations.
Have between 5 until 10 years relevant exp within the Indonesian oil and
gas industry.
