Position : Workshop Head (WS)
Job Description :
Set, agree and achieve the target on service KPI’s
Lead, coach and motivate team of technician conducting proper service
and repairs.
Support car troubleshooting
Ensure customer satisfaction achieved.
Monitor all transaction administration properly settled
Education and Experience :
You should possess from well university majoring in Mechanical or
Electrical Engineering with min GPA is 2,8.
Have at least 5 years of exp in automotive service business.
Skills that you must have :
Acquire vehicle electronic and engine management knowledge.
Excellent communication skills and good personality.
English literacy and fluency. Strong business oriented. Strong leadership.
IT literate (spreadsheet, database and presentation).
